All our team-members work in the same location and can therefore easily liaise with each other to answer even the most challenging questions you may have.

Full Warranty

Having an issue with your PC configuration? All of our machines are guaranteed for 2 years.

If there is a problem with your PC, we will first work with you by telephone or email to find a solution so that you can get back up and running again as quickly as possible. However, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will issue you a pre-paid return postage label free of charge. Once your PC has reached our Berlin workshop, we will work to get it repaired and returned to you as soon as possible.
