Delivery time
Delivery time is calculated from the day on you place your order or, by bank transfer payment, from the day on we receive the payment.
Right after we receive the payment, your order is sent to production, and the computer is assembled and tested by our technicians. This step lasts from 1 to 3 days, depending on the availability of the component and on our workload.
Delivery time is:
- DHL - The delivery occurs 2-5 days after the parcel is sent.
- UPS - The delivery occurs 2-5 days after the parcel is sent. No delivery on Saturday.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number. You can also find it in your Sedatech Account. With this number you can track your shipment and check the expected delivery date.
Payment methods
Security is something that we take very seriously. Payment details are never stored by Sedatech Shop, and transactions are carried out over secure pages. We offer several different means of payment:
Bank Transfer
You will find the amount of the order and our bank details in the order confirmation e-mail. Once we receive payments, the order will be sent to production, tested and dispatched.
When a payment is made by bank transfer, an automatic 2% discount is applied to the order amount!

Credit Card & Debit Card
The following credit and debit cards can be used as payment:
- Mastercard
- VISA Card
To pay with your credit card, select the type of card you want to use and enter your card number and expiry date. By way of SSL-security your credit card details are encrypted. We only accept SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transactions) using the 3D Secure international protocol, which can be identified by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode logos. 3D secure password has to be entered during the checkout process. This standard security measure significantly reduces the chances of your card ever being used fraudulently, and we recommend you enrol in your card issuer's 3D secure scheme.
Paypal
You can use this payment method if you are already a registered PayPal user. If you select PayPal as a payment method for your order, you will be prompted to log on via PayPal during the checkout process to confirm your payment. Please note that the delivery address by PayPal is the one indicated in your PayPal account.
