§ 1 Information on the collection of personal data

(1) Below we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behaviour.

(3) When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (e.g. your email address, name, phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if legal retention obligations exist.

(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to data portability

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) When visiting our website for informational purposes only, we collect only the data that your browser transmits to our server to display the website and ensure stability and security (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). This includes, for example, IP address, date/time, requested page, browser type/version, operating system, etc.

(2) In addition, we use cookies. For more details about the types and scope of cookies, please refer to § 10 of this policy and the consent banner (CookieFirst).

§ 4 Additional functions and services

(1) If you use our services beyond browsing (e.g. registration, ordering, contact), we process personal data based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b or lit. a GDPR.

(2) We use carefully selected and contractually bound service providers, e.g. for shipping, payments, customer service or analytics.

(3) Your data may be shared as part of promotions, prize draws or contract fulfilment with partners if you choose to participate.

(4) If a service provider is located outside the EEA, we will inform you in the relevant section below.

§ 5 Objection and withdrawal

You can revoke your consent at any time (Art. 7 GDPR). You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) – especially for direct marketing or analytics. Please contact us using the information provided above.

§ 6 Google services (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Merchant Center)

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads (incl. Conversion Tracking), and Google Merchant Center. These services are only activated after consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). For details on each tool, please refer to the previous version or contact us directly.

§ 7 Shipping service provider: Sendcloud

We use Sendcloud (Sendcloud GmbH, Kanalstraße 10, 80538 Munich) to automate our shipping processes. We transmit your delivery address and, if necessary, your email address or phone number. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfilment).

§ 8 Payment service provider: Mollie

Payments are processed via Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam. Depending on the payment method, Mollie processes data such as name, address, email and payment details. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Privacy policy: https://www.mollie.com/en/privacy

§ 9 Customer service: eDesk

Our customer service is managed via the platform eDesk (xSellco Ltd., Dublin). Inquiries received via form, email or marketplace are processed centrally there. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

§ 10 Cookie management with CookieFirst

We use CookieFirst (Digital Data Solutions B.V., NL) to manage your cookie preferences. The platform stores your consent (date, time, anonymised IP, etc.) on servers in the EU. § 11 Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter (double opt-in). We store your email address, IP and timestamps of registration. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter.

§ 12 Sharing functions

Social sharing functions do not collect data unless you actively click a sharing button. After clicking, the privacy policies of the respective platform operators apply.

§ 13 Links to social networks (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)

Our website includes simple links to our profiles on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, not active plugins. Personal data is not transferred until you click a link and leave our site. From that point on, the privacy policies of the respective platforms apply:
