The Sedatech Process in 10 Steps

For over 10 years already, Sedatech Europe has provided a wide range of high- quality computer systems. When a computer is ordered, the assembly work, stress tests, and careful packaging are carried out. For every PC ordered, the following 10 steps are applied:

1. Assembly and Stress test

PC assembly takes place exclusively here in our Berlin workshop. Each and every PC undergoes a strict protocol adhered to during building and testing.

2. Quality components

It's very important to us that you receive your goods in perfect working condition. The individual components that we offer are selected according to 3 critical criteria: price-attractiveness, reliability, and performance. Benchmark tests and RMA statistics over the last number of years prove that our selection is right.

3. Your personalised computer

Our main goal is for you to find the PC which is right for you. We want the PC you‘re looking for to also meet your requirements and expectations.

Therefore, depending on your level of technical knowledge, Sedatech can offer you as much as or as little guidance as you require throughout the buying process. Thanks to the filters in our online catalogue, the configurator tool on the product page, and the hints for each component, you can build your own dream PC.

4. All Systems go!

On our website you will find computers both with and without an operating system. In both cases you receive all driver discs as well as motherboard user guide. If you order an operating system with your PC, then you will of course receive the Windows software disc and activation code (Certificate of Authenticity/COA sticker) included. We will install the operating system and drivers for you so that you can get started as soon as you receive your machine.

5. 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Beginning from the date of dispatch, Sedatech will grant a 2 Year warranty including a EU-wide free Return Service. Should a problem arise during this time frame, please contact us ASAP.

7. Secure packaging

Our PCs are very well packed in special system packaging which Sedatech has developed specially to ensure that your PC reaches you undamaged and in perfect condition.

8. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your PC has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number by email. The tracking number can also be found in your Sedatech account on www.sedatech.net/en/account.
