Your Computer is no longer working – now what?
If your computer has crashed or you are experiencing frequent problems, you can of course reach us using our contact form.
Please provide us with:
- The Order or Invoice number
- A precise description of the error/damage
- In what activity/context is the problem occurring
These details will help us to make an initial remote diagnosis; if necessary, we will request additional information or arrange to carry out a few simple tests together in order to isolate and if possible resolve the issue. This way, we will hopefully be able to avoid a return delivery.
Free Return Service
As soon as a problem has been confirmed, we will send you a pre-paid return label so that you don't incur any shipping costs. If the diagnosis establishes that only one component is defective, then another possibility is to send this component back to us and so avoid having to return the whole computer.
When returning an order to us, please try to re-use the original packaging as well as protection material. Also, don't forget to also include a copy of the invoice, the description of the problem, and all accessories with the return shipment.
